Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are not included in any of the pricing published on this website, unless otherwise noted.
Capitol HVAC Sales ships via UPS. & UPS Freight.
All orders accepted by Capitol HVAC Sales will be processed within 24 hours.
Customer will receive an email confirmation of order.
All items deemed as in stock by the manufacturer will be shipped within 3 working days. If shipment of any item is estimated to be longer than 5 working days, customer will be notified of the estimated ship date. The order may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Customer will receive email notification of shipment with order tracking information.
Any damage claims must be submitted to Capitol HVAC Sales within 3 days of receipt of order. All claims must be submitted as per the Warranty Claim procedure.
Warranty Policy
Capitol HVAC Sales supports the manufacturers’ original product warranty, terms and conditions.
To view or print a product warrantee statement, download manufacturer’s product sales sheet on the corresponding product page.
If product is deemed to be defective under the manufacturers’ warranty, product will be replaced only. Any product deemed not defective will be returned to purchaser.
To submit a warranty claim, download and follow instructions on our Warranty Request Form.
Order Cancellation Policy
HVAC Solutions Direct will cancel any order PRIOR to shipment at no charge. Submit any cancellation requests via E-mail to info@capitolhvacsales.com ; Please include First and Last name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number, and Product Description along with your contact information should any questions arise regarding your cancellation
All requests to return products must be submitted with a detailed explanation for such return. All returns will be subject to a 35% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for return freight charges. The customer's credit card account will be credited for the item's original returned billed cost less 35%. Credit will be issued when Capitol HVAC Sales is notified by the manufacturer that they have received the returned product. No product may be returned without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Capitol HVAC Sales) No products can be returned after 10 days of receipt of product by customer.
If a product item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing supplied by the manufacturer, Capitol HVAC Sales has the option to refuse or cancel any order for that product item.
